Care That Fits Your Evening
Many people can't step away from work, school or family during the day. Leaving early, driving across town and sitting in a waiting room can turn one appointment into a lost afternoon. Here, every appointment is in the evening, by secure video, from wherever you have privacy in Connecticut.

Every Appointment Is an Evening Appointment
Appointments run 6:00 PM – midnight ET. Evenings include Fridays and Sundays. There is no rush to fit a visit into a lunch break and no need to explain an absence at work. You finish your day, settle in, and log on.
Evening care also means direct access to the person who prescribes. The same clinician evaluates you, designs the plan with you and follows up with you over time.
Who Evening Care Serves
Evening hours help:
- Working adults with long days, commutes or shifts.
- Parents and caregivers who can only find quiet time once the household settles.
- College and graduate students with full class and work schedules.
- Children and adolescents, with a parent or guardian involved, so care never pulls them out of school.
- Older adults who would rather not drive at night and prefer to be seen from home.
Your Brain in the Evening
The evening is when the brain begins shifting toward rest, which makes it a natural time to reflect on the day. It is also when patterns around sleep, screens and winding down take shape. Because sleep is one of the strongest levers for mood, focus and calm, Michael pays close attention to it in every plan. If you choose a later time, a few quiet minutes after the visit help your brain make the turn toward sleep.
How Telehealth Visits Work
All care is delivered by secure video. You need to be physically in Connecticut at the time of each session; anywhere in the state works, whether you are in Fairfield County, Greater Hartford, New Haven County or any other part of Connecticut. A private, quiet room with a steady connection works best, and many people simply log on from home.
Care begins with a full evaluation, 60 to 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30 or 60 minutes. You can choose therapy and medication management with one provider, medication management while you keep your own therapist, or brief check-ins once things are stable. Every format is described on the Services page.
Many people come for help building focus or finding calm. Building Focus Without Stimulants explains non-stimulant ADHD care, and Lasting Calm, Built on Brain Biology explains anxiety and panic care without benzodiazepines. No controlled substances are prescribed in this practice, by design.
